Real sites never ask
No real website asks you to paste a command into Terminal, PowerShell or the Run box to prove you are human or to fix an error. That request is the scam.

Close the page
Don't run it. Close the tab. If the command is still on your clipboard, copy something else over it.

Disconnect from the internet. From another device, change your important passwords and sign out of other sessions. Then get help from someone you trust.
